Music Monday: Oren Lavie

I have a little something for stop-motion videos. I’m a huge Nightmare Before Christmas fan and the last Music Monday post had me at the stop motion.
This week’s Music Monday is Oren Lavie’s Her Morning Elegance. There’s something about the esthetic of that video and I guess we can link that esthetic to Israeli Lavie’s background as not only a singer, songwriter and playwright but also as a theatre director. The music video earned him a 2010 Grammy Award nomination for “Best Short Form Music Video”.
Oren’s music is wonderful. I love this video. Happy Holidays!
